3. Assembly
Assembling your OVENTE Immersion Hand Blender is quick and straightforward:
- Align the blending shaft with the motor body.
- Twist the blending shaft clockwise until it locks securely into place. You should hear a click or feel it firmly attach.
- Ensure the shaft is securely attached before plugging in the appliance.

4. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and effective blending:
- Ensure the blending shaft is securely attached to the motor body.
- Plug the hand blender into a standard electrical outlet (120V).
- Immerse the blending shaft into the ingredients you wish to blend. Ensure the blade guard is fully submerged to prevent splashing.
- Press the desired speed button (Low or High) on the motor body to begin blending.
- Move the blender gently up and down and in circular motions to ensure even blending.
- Release the button to stop operation.
- Unplug the appliance from the outlet immediately after use.
Note: To prevent overheating, do not operate the hand blender continuously for more than one minute. Allow it to cool down before resuming use.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity of your hand blender:
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Twist and detach the blending shaft from the motor body.
- The detachable blending shaft is dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, it can be hand washed with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the motor body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor body in water or any other liquid.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

6. Troubleshooting

- Blender does not turn on:
- Ensure the appliance is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Check if the blending shaft is securely attached to the motor body.
- Blender stops during operation:
- The appliance may have overheated. Unplug it and allow it to cool down for at least 10-15 minutes before resuming use.
- Ensure you are not operating the blender for more than one minute continuously.
- Ingredients are not blending smoothly:
- Ensure there is sufficient liquid in your mixture.
- Move the blender up and down and around the container to ensure all ingredients come into contact with the blades.
- For tougher ingredients, use the High speed setting.
