1. Introduction

4. Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your spiralizer before use:

  1. Place the motor base on a clean, stable, and dry surface.
  2. Ensure the collection bowl is securely attached to the motor base. It should click into place.
  3. Select the desired cutting cone (blade) for your noodle style (spaghetti, fettuccine, or ribbon).
  4. Insert the chosen cutting cone into the blade holder on the motor base. Ensure it is firmly seated.
  5. Place the food chute/pusher into the opening above the blade holder.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Preparing Vegetables

  • Wash and peel vegetables as necessary.
  • Cut vegetables to fit comfortably into the food chute. For best results, use firm, fresh vegetables such as zucchini, cucumbers, carrots, and sweet potatoes.
  • Ensure the ends of the vegetable are cut flat to allow for stable contact with the blade.

5.2. Spiralizing Process

  1. Ensure the spiralizer is assembled correctly and plugged into a power outlet.
  2. Place a prepared vegetable into the food chute.
  3. Press the power button to turn on the appliance.
  4. Using the food pusher, gently and evenly press the vegetable down towards the rotating blade. Do not apply excessive force.
  5. The spiralized noodles will collect in the bowl below.
  6. Once the vegetable is fully processed, release the power button and unplug the appliance.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your spiralizer.
