Operating Instructions
Before First Use
Before cooking, operate the grill for 15 minutes on high heat with the lid closed to burn off any manufacturing residues. This helps to season the grill and remove any protective oils.
Lighting the Main Burners
- Ensure the grill lid is open.
- Turn on the gas supply at the cylinder.
- Push and turn one control knob to the "HIGH" position.
- Press the igniter button (if separate) or continue holding the knob for integrated piezo ignition until the burner lights. You should hear a click and see a flame.
- Once lit, release the knob and adjust to the desired heat setting.
- Repeat for other main burners as needed.
Lighting the Side Burner
- Open the side burner lid.
- Push and turn the side burner control knob to the "HIGH" position.
- Press the igniter button or hold the knob for integrated piezo ignition until the burner lights.
- Once lit, release the knob and adjust.
Indirect Grilling
For indirect grilling, light the outer burners and leave the central burners off. Place food over the unlit burners to cook slowly with indirect heat.
