Setup and Installation

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the INTERPHONE SHAPE unit. Connect the supplied Micro USB cable to the charging port on the unit and to a USB power source. The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours.

2. Mounting the Intercom Unit

The main unit can be mounted on the side of your helmet using the adhesive mount. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying the adhesive.

3. Speaker and Microphone Placement

Position the speakers inside the helmet's ear pockets, ensuring they are centered with your ears for the best audio quality. Choose between the boom microphone (for open-face or modular helmets) or the adhesive pad microphone (for full-face helmets) and place it close to your mouth, ideally within the chin bar area, to ensure clear voice transmission.

  1. Ensure the INTERPHONE SHAPE is powered off.
  2. Press and hold the central button until the indicator light flashes rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (phone/GPS), search for Bluetooth devices and select "INTERPHONE SHAPE".
  4. Once paired, the indicator light will change to a steady blue.

Intercom Communication

The SHAPE intercom allows rider-to-passenger communication. Pair two SHAPE units together for this function.

Music and GPS Audio

Once paired with your phone or GPS, audio will automatically stream to the intercom speakers.
