Setup Instructions

The Foppapedretti Teddytour Travel Cot requires no complex assembly. It is designed to unfold easily for immediate use. Follow these steps to set up your travel cot:

1. Unpack the Cot: Remove the travel cot from its carry bag.
2. Unfold the Frame: Place the cot on a flat, stable surface. Pull the short sides of the cot upwards until they lock into place. Then, pull the long sides upwards until they also lock securely. You should hear an audible "click" for each side, indicating it is locked.
3. Press Down the Center: Once all four sides are locked, push down firmly on the center of the cot's base until it lies flat and stable.
4. Insert Mattress: Place the approved mattress (not included) into the cot. Ensure it fits snugly and leaves no gaps.

To fold the cot for storage or transport, reverse the steps: remove the mattress, pull the center base upwards, then unlock the side rails by pressing the release buttons (usually located in the middle of the top rail) and fold them downwards. Finally, collapse the cot and place it back into its carry bag.

Operating the Travel Cot

Once the travel cot is correctly set up, it is ready for use. Always ensure the cot is placed on a level, stable surface away from hazards such as windows, cords, or heat sources.
