Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Logitech K780 keyboard, try the following:
- Keyboard not connecting: Ensure the keyboard is turned on and the batteries are correctly installed. For Bluetooth, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is in pairing mode (blinking LED on Easy-Switch button). For the Unifying Receiver, ensure it's securely plugged into a USB port.
- Lag or dropped connection: Move the keyboard closer to your device or Unifying Receiver. Avoid placing the keyboard near other wireless devices that might cause interference.
- Keys not responding: Check battery levels. If the issue persists, try re-pairing the keyboard with your device.
- Incorrect key layout: Ensure the keyboard has correctly identified your device's operating system. If not, manually switch the OS mode using the appropriate key combination (e.g., Fn + O for Mac, Fn + P for Windows).
