  2. Align the holes on the sanding disc with the holes on the sanding pad.
  3. Press the sanding disc firmly onto the pad to secure it.

3. Inserting the Battery

This sander is part of the BLACK+DECKER POWER CONNECT 18V system. Battery and charger are sold separately.

  2. Slide a charged 18V POWER CONNECT battery pack into the battery port until it locks into place.

1. Turning On and Off

3. Dust Management

The integrated dust collection system helps keep your workspace cleaner. For optimal dust collection, ensure the dust bag is properly attached and emptied regularly.

  • Empty the dust bag when it is about two-thirds full to maintain effective dust collection.
  • For heavy dust production, consider connecting the sander to an external vacuum cleaner (adapter may be required, sold separately).

Maintenance

1. Emptying the Dust Bag
