Connecting the HM-4

  1. Power Connection: Connect the included 12V AC power adapter to the '+12V DC' input on the rear panel of the HM-4. Plug the adapter into a standard AC power outlet. The 'POWER' LED on the front panel will illuminate when the unit is powered on.

  2. Audio Input: Connect your stereo audio source (e.g., audio interface, mixer, media player) to the 'INPUT' jack on the rear panel using a 1/4" TRS stereo cable. Ensure the cable is securely connected.

Operating Instructions

Individual Volume Control

Each headphone output (PHONES 1-4) has an independent volume control knob on the front panel. Rotate the corresponding knob clockwise to increase the volume for that specific headphone output, and counter-clockwise to decrease it.

Caution:

To prevent hearing damage, always start with the volume controls at their minimum setting before playing audio, and gradually increase to a comfortable listening level.
