This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new appliance. Please read these instructions thoroughly before using the oven and keep them for future reference.
Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using the oven.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause hazards or injury.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a toaster oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
- A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, drapes, walls, and the like, when in operation.
- Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: paper, cardboard, plastic, or any other flammable materials.
- Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer's recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.
- Do not cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven.

Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Remove any packing materials, stickers, or protective films from the oven.
- Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the oven (at least 10-15 cm clearance on all sides and top) to allow for proper heat dissipation. Do not place it near flammable materials or under cabinets.
- Power Connection: Ensure your power outlet matches the voltage and frequency specified on the oven's rating label. Plug the oven into a grounded electrical outlet.
- First Use (Burn-Off): Before cooking food, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues.
- Set the temperature knob to maximum (250°C).
- Set the function knob to "Bake" or "Convection Bake".
- Set the timer knob to 15 minutes.
- A slight odor or smoke may be present during this initial operation; this is normal and will dissipate. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
- Allow the oven to cool completely before its first actual use for cooking.
Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Prepare Food: Place food on the baking rack or in the baking pan.
- Insert Food: Carefully slide the rack/pan into the desired rack position inside the oven.
- Close Door: Close the oven door securely.
- Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired cooking temperature.
- Select Function: Turn the Function Selector Knob to the desired cooking mode (e.g., Bake, Broil, Toast, Convection, Rotisserie).
- Set Timer: Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the oven is operating. For continuous operation, turn the timer past the 60-minute mark to the "Stay On" position (if available).
- Monitor Cooking: Periodically check food through the glass door.
- Finish Cooking: When the timer reaches "OFF", a chime will sound, and the oven will turn off. If cooking is finished before the timer, turn the timer knob to "OFF" manually.
- Remove Food: Using oven mitts, carefully remove the cooked food from the oven.
Specific Functions
- Bake: Ideal for cakes, cookies, casseroles, and general roasting. Use the baking rack with a pan.
- Broil: For grilling and browning the top of food. Place food on the top rack position. Ensure the temperature is set to maximum.
- Toast: For toasting bread, bagels, etc. Adjust temperature and time according to desired crispness.
- Convection: Activates the internal fan for even heat distribution, resulting in faster and more uniform cooking. Suitable for most baking and roasting tasks.
- Rotisserie: For roasting whole chickens or roasts.
- Secure the food onto the rotisserie spit using the forks.
- Insert the pointed end of the spit into the rotisserie drive socket on the right side of the oven.
- Rest the notched end of the spit on the left rotisserie support.
- Set the function knob to the rotisserie setting.
- Set temperature and time as required.
- Use the rotisserie handle to safely remove the hot spit after cooking.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning will help maintain the performance and appearance of your oven.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the finish.
- Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, a mild non-abrasive cleaner can be used. Ensure all cleaner residue is wiped away.
- Glass Door: Clean the glass door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth.
- Accessories: The baking rack, baking pan, rotisserie spit, and crumb tray can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before returning them to the oven. The crumb tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent grease buildup.
- Do Not Immerse: Never immerse the oven body, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
