Setup Instructions

1. Choose a Mounting Surface: Select a smooth, flat surface on your dashboard or windshield. Ensure the area is clean and free of dust or grease for optimal suction.
2. Clean the Suction Cup: If the suction cup is dirty, rinse it with water and let it air dry. Do not use harsh chemicals.
3. Attach the Holder: Place the suction cup firmly on the chosen surface. Press down the locking lever located on the base of the holder to create a strong vacuum seal.
4. Apply Metal Plate to Device: For your device to attach magnetically, you must apply one of the provided rectangular metal plates to the back of your phone or tablet, or inside its case. Ensure the plate is centered for best magnetic connection.
5. Adjust the Holder Arm: Loosen the adjustment knobs on the holder's arm to position it as desired. The arm allows for 190° rotation. Tighten the knobs to secure the arm in place.

Operating Instructions

1. Attaching Your Device: Once the metal plate is on your device and the holder is securely mounted, simply bring your device close to the magnetic head. The powerful magnets will automatically secure it in place.
2. Adjusting Viewing Angle: The magnetic head allows for 360° rotation. Gently rotate your device to achieve your desired vertical or horizontal viewing orientation. The arm can also be adjusted for tilt.
3. Removing Your Device: To remove your device, simply pull it away from the magnetic head.

Maintenance

• Regularly inspect the suction cup for dirt or debris. Clean with water if necessary to maintain strong adhesion.

Troubleshooting

• Device not holding securely: Ensure the metal plate is properly attached to your device or its case. Verify that the magnetic head and the metal plate are clean and free of obstructions.
• Suction cup losing grip: Clean the mounting surface and the suction cup thoroughly. Reapply the suction cup, ensuring the locking lever is fully engaged. For textured dashboards, the suction cup may not adhere effectively.
• Holder is wobbly: Check that all adjustment knobs are securely tightened.
