5. Hardware Installation
5.1 Hard Disk Drive (HDD) Installation
- Unscrew and remove the top cover of the DVR.
- Connect the SATA data cable and power cable to the HDD.
- Align the HDD with the mounting holes at the bottom of the DVR chassis and secure it with the provided screws.
- Replace the top cover and secure it with screws.
Note: The HDD is not included and must be purchased separately. The DVR supports one SATA HDD up to 6 TB.
5.2 Connecting Peripherals
- Cameras: Connect analog (TVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS) cameras to the BNC video input ports. IP cameras can be added via the network.
