2. Important Safety Instructions

- To turn on the vacuum, press the power button located on the handle.
- Cycle through the 3 available speed settings (minimum, medium, maximum/turbo) by pressing the speed selection button.
- For general cleaning, the minimum or medium setting is often sufficient.
- For stubborn dirt or high-traffic areas, select the maximum/turbo speed.
- To turn off the vacuum, press the power button again.
4.2 Cleaning Techniques

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner. Always ensure the appliance is turned off and unplugged before performing any maintenance.
5.1 Emptying the Dust Bin
The dust bin has a capacity of 0.5 liters. Empty it regularly to maintain suction power.
- Press the release button to detach the dust bin from the main body.
- Open the dust bin lid, typically by pressing a lever, and empty the contents into a waste bin.
- Close the lid and reattach the dust bin to the vacuum cleaner, ensuring it clicks securely.
5.2 Cleaning the Filter
The vacuum cleaner uses a foam filter. Clean it regularly to prevent clogging and maintain performance.
- Remove the dust bin as described above.
- Extract the foam filter from the dust bin.
- Rinse the filter under running water until clean. Do not use detergents.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it. Do not use the vacuum with a wet filter.
5.3 Cleaning the Brush Roll
Hair and debris can get tangled in the brush roll. Clean it periodically.
- Turn off the vacuum and disconnect it from the charger.
- Detach the Delta Slim head from the main body.
- Locate the brush roll access cover on the bottom of the head. Open it (refer to diagrams in the full manual if needed).
- Remove the brush roll.
- Use scissors to cut away any tangled hair or threads.
- Reinsert the brush roll and close the access cover securely.
