6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your soundbar, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Power:
Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the soundbar and a working wall outlet. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to confirm it has power. - No Sound:
Check that the soundbar is powered on and the volume is not muted or set too low. Verify that the correct input source is selected (Bluetooth, AUX, OPTICAL). Ensure all audio cables are securely connected. If using optical, confirm your TV's audio output is set to PCM. - Bluetooth Not Connecting:
Ensure the soundbar is in Bluetooth pairing mode (BT flashing). Make sure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range (typically 10 meters). Try unpairing and re-pairing the device. Disconnect any other Bluetooth devices from the soundbar. - Remote Control Not Working:
Check the battery in the remote control and replace it if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the soundbar's sensor.
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact customer support.
