  • Grip does not fit: Ensure your Nest Thermostat is a 2nd or 3rd Generation model. This grip is not compatible with 1st Generation, E, or 2020 models. Double-check the model number of your thermostat.
  • Difficulty rotating the dial: Ensure the grip is installed evenly and not obstructing the thermostat's rotation mechanism. Remove and re-install the grip, ensuring it is centered.
