Setup and Time Setting

  1. Initial Power-On: The watch typically comes with a pre-installed battery. If the display is blank, ensure the battery insulator tab (if present) has been removed.
  2. Entering Time Setting Mode: From the normal Time Mode, press the MODE button repeatedly until the seconds begin to flash. This indicates you are in the time setting mode.
  3. Adjusting Seconds: While seconds are flashing, press the START/STOP button to reset them to 00.
  4. Selecting Next Item: Press the RESET button to move to the next setting item (e.g., hours, minutes, year, month, day).
  5. Adjusting Values: While an item is flashing, press the START/STOP button to increase its value. Hold the button for faster adjustment.
  6. 12/24-Hour Format: In the hour setting, pressing the START/STOP button will cycle between 12-hour (with AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour formats.
  7. Exiting Setting Mode: Once all settings are adjusted, press the MODE button to return to the normal Time Mode.
  8. Band Adjustment: The stainless steel band may require professional adjustment to fit your wrist. This typically involves removing links using a specialized tool.

Operating Instructions

Time Mode

Alarm Mode

  1. From Time Mode, press the MODE button once to enter Alarm Mode. The alarm time will be displayed.
  2. Press the START/STOP button to toggle the alarm (ALM) on/off. An alarm icon will appear/disappear.
  3. To set the alarm time, press the RESET button. The hour digits will flash.
  4. Use the START/STOP button to adjust the hour.
  5. Press the RESET button again to select the minute digits, then use the START/STOP button to adjust.
  6. Press the MODE button to exit Alarm Setting Mode.

Stopwatch Mode

  1. From Time Mode, press the MODE button twice to enter Stopwatch Mode. The display will show 00:00:00.
  2. Press the START/STOP button to start the stopwatch.
  3. Press the START/STOP button again to pause the stopwatch.
  4. Press the RESET button to reset the stopwatch to 00:00:00 while it is paused.
  5. To record lap times, press the RESET button while the stopwatch is running. The lap time will be displayed temporarily, while the stopwatch continues to run in the background. Press RESET again to return to the running stopwatch display.

Countdown Timer Mode

  1. From Time Mode, press the MODE button three times to enter Countdown Timer Mode.
  2. To set the countdown time, press the RESET button. The hour digits will flash.
  3. Use the START/STOP button to adjust the hour.
  4. Press the RESET button again to select the minute digits, then use the START/STOP button to adjust.
  5. Press the MODE button to exit Countdown Timer Setting Mode.
  6. To start the countdown, press the START/STOP button.
  7. To pause/resume the countdown, press the START/STOP button again.
  8. To reset the countdown to the set time, press the RESET button while the timer is paused.
