- Cleaning the Screen: Gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a specialized screen cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Cleaning the Casing: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the monitor casing.
- Ventilation: Ensure the monitor's ventilation openings are not blocked to prevent overheating.
- Power Off: Always turn off the monitor and unplug it from the power outlet before cleaning or if it will be unused for an extended period.
Troubleshooting
No Display / Power Issues
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the monitor and a working power outlet.
- Verify that the power adapter is functioning correctly.
- Check if the input source is correctly selected in the OSD menu (DP, HDMI 1.4, HDMI 2.0).
- Try connecting the monitor to a different power outlet.
Image Quality Issues (Blurry Text, Poor Colors)
- Ensure the display cable (DP or HDMI) is securely connected at both ends.
- Adjust the monitor's resolution to its native 1920x1080p in your computer's display settings.
- Perform color calibration using your operating system's tools or adjust settings within the monitor's OSD menu (Brightness, Contrast, Color Temperature, RGB values).
- Update your graphics card drivers to the latest version.
Refresh Rate Not 144Hz
- Confirm you are using a DisplayPort cable, as HDMI 1.4 may not support 144Hz at 1080p. HDMI 2.0 is required for 144Hz over HDMI.
- Manually set the refresh rate to 144Hz in your computer's display settings (refer to "Operating Instructions" section).
- Ensure your graphics card supports 144Hz output at 1920x1080p.
No Audio Output
- The monitor features a 3.5mm audio output jack. Ensure external speakers or headphones are connected to this port.
- Verify that the audio output on your computer is set to the monitor or the connected audio device.
- Adjust the volume settings on both your computer and any connected audio devices.
