3. Setup and Assembly

3.2 Blender Attachment
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged.
- Place the glass blender jar onto the designated opening on top of the motor unit and turn it clockwise until it locks.
- Ensure the lid is securely placed on the blender jar.

3.3 Meat Grinder Attachment
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged.
- Attach the meat grinder unit to the front port of the motor unit and secure it by turning the locking ring.
- Insert the metal screw, blade, and desired perforated disc into the grinder housing.
- Place the metal refill tray on top of the grinder.

3.4 Pasta Maker Attachment
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged.
- Attach the pasta maker accessory to the front port of the meat grinder unit (after assembling the meat grinder).
- Select the desired pasta disc (spaghetti, macaroni, or tagliatelle) and insert it into the pasta maker attachment.

4. Operating Instructions
The Bomann KM 1395 CB features 10 adjustable speed levels, a Turbo function, and an electronic timer for precise control.

4.1 Basic Operation (Mixing/Kneading/Whipping)
- Ensure the appliance is properly assembled with the desired mixing tool and ingredients in the bowl.
- Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
- Use the speed dial to select a speed from 1 to 10. Start with a lower speed for slow mixing (soft start) and gradually increase as needed.
- The LCD display will show the current speed and timer.
- To use the electronic timer, press the timer button and adjust the time using the '+' and '-' buttons. The machine will operate for the set duration.
- For short bursts of maximum power, use the Turbo function (if available, typically marked 'P' or 'Pulse').
- When finished, turn the speed dial to '0' and unplug the appliance.
- Lift the multifunctional arm to remove the mixing tool and bowl.
