Maintenance

  • Storage: Store the units in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
  • Battery Care: If using batteries in the parent unit, ensure they are properly installed and replaced when necessary.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your baby monitor, consider the following common solutions:

  • No Picture/Sound: Ensure both the baby unit and parent unit are powered on and properly connected to their power adapters. Verify that the units are within range of each other.
  • Poor Connection/Disconnections: Pairing can be affected by other devices in range, the device being used, as well as any obstructions in the range of communication. Try moving the units closer together or away from other electronic devices.
  • No Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure your home Wi-Fi network is active and the baby unit is within range of your router. Re-attempt connection through the Hubble app.
  • Low Battery Alert: Recharge the parent unit by connecting it to its power adapter.
