This manual provides important information regarding the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new wine cooler. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury when using your wine cooler, follow these basic precautions:

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not touch cold surfaces immediately after the unit has been plugged in.
  • Ensure the unit is placed on a firm, level surface to prevent vibration and noise.
  • Do not block any ventilation openings.
  • Do not place the unit near heat sources such as radiators, heaters, or direct sunlight.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects to clean the interior.
  • Unplug the wine cooler before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove all packaging materials.
  2. Inspect the wine cooler for any shipping damage. If damage is found, contact your retailer immediately.
  3. Clean the interior of the unit with a damp cloth and mild detergent before use.

4.2 Placement

  • Place the wine cooler on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
  • Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 4 inches of space on the back and sides).
  • This unit is designed for freestanding or countertop installation.
  • Avoid placing the unit in areas with high humidity.

4.3 Initial Power-Up

  1. After placement, allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2 hours before plugging it in. This allows the cooling system fluids to settle.
  2. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  3. The unit will power on and the display will show the current internal temperature.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel

The control panel is located on the top of the wine cooler door and features an LCD display and touch buttons.

5.2 Setting Temperature

  1. Press the SET button once to activate temperature setting mode. The upper zone temperature display will flash.
  2. Use the or buttons to adjust the desired temperature for the upper zone (46-64°F / 8-18°C).
  3. Press the SET button again to switch to the lower zone temperature display. The lower zone temperature display will flash.
  4. Use the or buttons to adjust the desired temperature for the lower zone (54-64°F / 12-18°C).
  5. Press the SET button a third time to confirm settings and exit temperature setting mode, or wait 5 seconds for the display to stop flashing and settings to be saved automatically.

Note: The lower zone temperature must always be equal to or higher than the upper zone temperature.

5.3 Loading Wine Bottles

  • Arrange bottles to allow for proper air circulation.
  • The unit can accommodate standard 750mL wine bottles (approx. 12.25" H x 2.87" D). Larger bottles may reduce overall capacity.
  • Utilize the vertical storage area for opened bottles as needed.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  1. Always unplug the wine cooler before cleaning.
  2. Clean the interior with a soft cloth and a solution of baking soda and water (2 tablespoons of baking soda to 1 quart of water).
  3. Clean the door gasket with mild soap and water to ensure a proper seal.
  4. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  5. Ensure the ventilation grilles at the back are free from dust and debris.

6.2 Power Failure

In case of a power interruption, the wine cooler will automatically resume operation with the last set temperature settings once power is restored.

6.3 Vacation Time

  • For short vacations, leave the wine cooler operating normally.
  • For long vacations (several weeks or more), remove all bottles, unplug the unit, clean the interior, and leave the door slightly ajar to prevent odors and mold growth.

7. Troubleshooting
