Carefully remove the PC case from its packaging. Inspect the case for any signs of damage during transit. Ensure all accessories, including the RGB controller and fan splitter cables, are present.
To access the interior for component installation, the side panels need to be removed. The tempered glass side panel is typically secured with thumb screws at the rear. Once unscrewed, it can be carefully lifted and removed. The opposite side panel is usually a solid steel panel, also secured with thumb screws.

Align your ATX, Micro-ATX, or Mini-ITX motherboard with the standoffs on the motherboard tray. Secure the motherboard using the provided screws. Ensure all necessary cables (24-pin ATX, 8-pin EPS, etc.) can reach their respective ports.
The power supply unit (PSU) is mounted at the bottom rear of the case. Slide the PSU into its designated bay and secure it with screws from the rear of the case. Route the necessary power cables through the cable management cutouts.
The MasterBox MB500 provides ample space for storage devices. Hard drives (3.5-inch) and solid-state drives (2.5-inch) can be installed in dedicated drive cages or mounting points within the case. Refer to the specific mounting mechanisms for your drives.

Insert your graphics card into the appropriate PCIe slot on your motherboard. Secure it with the provided screw or latch mechanism. Connect the necessary PCIe power cables from the PSU to the GPU.
Utilize the cable routing cutouts and tie-down points behind the motherboard tray to organize cables. This improves airflow and the aesthetic appeal of your build, especially with the tempered glass side panel.
The front panel provides convenient access to essential ports and controls:

The pre-installed RGB fans can be controlled using the included RGB controller. This allows you to cycle through various lighting effects and colors to match your aesthetic preferences. The 1-to-3 splitter cable ensures synchronized lighting across multiple fans.

The MasterBox MB500 features a semi-meshed front panel and top ventilation, which act as dust filters. Regularly clean these mesh panels to maintain optimal airflow and prevent dust buildup inside the case. The panels can typically be removed for easier cleaning.
Periodically wipe down the exterior of the case with a soft, damp cloth. For the tempered glass side panel, use a glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth to avoid streaks. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before performing any cleaning.
If the front USB 2.0 ports are not working, ensure that the corresponding cables from the front panel are securely connected to the correct headers on your motherboard. Check your motherboard manual for the correct header locations.
Verify that the RGB fans are correctly connected to the included RGB controller and that the controller itself is receiving power (e.g., via a SATA power connector from the PSU). Ensure the RGB controller is properly connected to your motherboard's RGB header if you intend to control lighting via software.
