5. Initial Setup and Charging
Before first use, and after each use, fully charge the internal battery of the SJ1330. Regular charging ensures optimal performance and extends battery life.
Charging Procedure:
- Locate the AC charging port on the unit.
- Connect a standard extension cord (not included) to the unit's AC charging port and then to a standard 120V AC wall outlet.
- Allow the unit to charge until the battery status indicators show a full charge. This may take several hours.
- Disconnect the extension cord once charging is complete.
Important: For optimal battery health, charge the internal battery after purchase, after each use, and at least every 30 days. The ideal storage temperature is 70°F (21°C). The internal battery may discharge faster in warm environments. Never completely discharge the internal battery.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Jump Starting a Vehicle
Follow these steps to safely jump start a vehicle with a dead battery:
- Ensure the vehicle's ignition is OFF.
- Connect the positive (RED) clamp to the positive (+) battery post of the vehicle's battery.
- Connect the negative (BLACK) clamp to a non-moving metal part of the vehicle chassis or engine block, away from the battery and fuel lines.
- Turn the Rotary Switch on the SJ1330 to the ON position.
- Attempt to crank the engine for up to 8 seconds. If the engine does not start, wait 2 minutes before attempting to crank again.
- Once the engine starts, turn the Rotary Switch on the SJ1330 to the OFF position.
- Remove the clamps in reverse order: first the negative (BLACK) clamp from the chassis/engine block, then the positive (RED) clamp from the battery post.

6.2. Using the Air Compressor
The built-in 150 PSI air compressor can inflate vehicle tires, bicycle tires, sports equipment, and other inflatables.
- Ensure the SJ1330 is adequately charged.
- Select the appropriate adapter from the storage bag and attach it to the compressor hose.
- Connect the hose to the item you wish to inflate.
- Turn on the air compressor switch. Monitor the analog pressure gauge to reach the desired pressure.
- Once the desired pressure is reached, turn off the compressor switch and disconnect the hose.
Note: The compressor has an auto shut-off feature to prevent overheating. If it stops, allow it to cool down before resuming operation.

6.3. Portable Power Station (USB & 12V DC)
The SJ1330 provides portable power for various electronic devices.
Using the 2A USB Port:
- Connect your USB-powered device (e.g., smartphone, tablet) to the 2A USB port using a compatible USB cable.
- The device will begin charging automatically.
Using the 12V DC Accessory Outlet:
- Plug your 12V DC appliance (e.g., portable fan, car vacuum) into the 12V DC accessory outlet.
- Ensure the appliance's power consumption does not exceed the unit's maximum output for the 12V port.
