1. Introduction

The STEAMONE Dualys Plus Garment Steamer is designed for efficient and convenient wrinkle removal from various fabrics. This powerful 2300W vertical steamer features a dual aluminum boiler, ensuring quick heat-up in approximately 45 seconds and continuous steam flow. Its removable 1.6-liter water tank provides extended steaming time, and the 4-step dimmer allows for precise steam control. The compact design, telescopic pole, and lightweight handle make it easy to use and store. This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation of your steamer.

2. Safety Instructions

Please read all safety instructions carefully before using the appliance. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Always connect the appliance to a grounded electrical outlet.
  • Do not immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • Keep the appliance out of reach of children and pets.
  • Use only distilled or demineralized water to prevent mineral buildup and extend the life of the steamer.
  • Do not touch the steam head or hot surfaces during operation. Steam is hot and can cause burns.
  • Always unplug the steamer from the power outlet before filling or emptying the water tank, cleaning, or when not in use.
  • Ensure the steam hose is not kinked or blocked during use.
  • Do not use the steamer on garments while they are being worn.
  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.

4. Setup

Follow these steps to assemble your STEAMONE Dualys Plus Garment Steamer:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
  2. Insert Telescopic Pole: Insert the telescopic pole into the designated opening on the top of the steamer base unit. Ensure it is securely locked in place.
  3. Attach Hanger and Accessories: Slide the multi-function hanger onto the top of the telescopic pole. Attach the accessory storage hook and pole clamp to the telescopic pole at a comfortable height.

  1. Fill Water Tank: Remove the water tank from the base unit. Unscrew the cap and fill the tank with distilled or demineralized water. Do not overfill. Replace the cap and reinsert the tank into the base unit.

  1. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Using your STEAMONE Dualys Plus Garment Steamer:

  1. Power On: Press the power button on the base unit. The steamer will begin to heat up, indicated by a light. It will be ready for use in approximately 45 seconds.

  1. Select Steam Level: Use the 4-step dimmer control to adjust the steam output according to the fabric type. Start with a lower setting for delicate fabrics and increase for heavier materials.
  2. Prepare Garment: Hang the garment on the multi-function hanger. For best results, gently pull the fabric taut with one hand while steaming with the other.
  3. Begin Steaming: Hold the steam head a few centimeters away from the fabric and move it in a downward motion. The continuous steam flow will relax the fibers and remove wrinkles.

  1. Using Accessories: Attach the appropriate accessory to the steam head for specific tasks. For example, use the finishing accessory for crisp collars and cuffs, or the delicate fabric brush for sensitive materials.

  1. Finish Steaming: Once finished, press the power button to turn off the steamer. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your steamer.

  • Empty Water Tank: After each use, allow the steamer to cool down completely. Remove the water tank and empty any remaining water.
  • Descaling: The Dualys Plus features an anti-calc system. However, regular descaling is recommended, especially in areas with hard water. Refer to the manufacturer's website or contact customer support for specific descaling instructions.
  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the steamer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Once cooled and emptied, the steamer can be stored. The telescopic pole can be collapsed, and the power cord can be wrapped around the designated storage area on the base unit.
