Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Cabinet not powering on. | Power cord not properly connected; power outlet not functioning. | Ensure the power supply is securely plugged into both the cabinet and a working electrical outlet. Test the outlet with another device. |
| Humidity level not changing or not reaching target. | Door not sealed properly; cabinet overloaded; ambient humidity too high; unit recently opened. | Check that the door is fully closed and sealed. Avoid opening the door frequently. Allow 1-3 hours for humidity levels to stabilize after setting or opening. Ensure the cabinet is not excessively full, allowing for proper air circulation. |
| Display shows incorrect temperature/humidity. | Sensor calibration variation. | The built-in sensor provides an approximate reading. For precise measurements, an independent hygrometer can be placed inside the cabinet. The unit's dehumidification function operates independently of minor display variations. |
| Interior lights not working. | Light button not pressed; LED failure. | Press the light button on the control panel. If still not working, contact customer support. |
