1. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the KROM KEY Wired Gamepad. This manual provides detailed instructions on how to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot your gamepad. The KROM KEY is designed for an immersive gaming experience, featuring dual vibration motors, X-Input and Direct-Input game modes, analog joysticks and triggers, backlit main buttons, and a fast trigger turbo function. It is compatible with PC, PlayStation 3, and Android 4.2 and above devices.

4. Setup Guide
The KROM KEY Gamepad is a plug-and-play device. Follow these steps to connect it to your desired platform:
4.1 Connecting to PC (Windows XP/7/8/10)
- Locate an available USB port on your PC.
- Plug the USB connector of the KROM KEY Gamepad into the USB port.
- The system will automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. This may take a few moments.
- The gamepad supports both X-Input and Direct-Input modes. Most modern games will automatically use X-Input for optimal compatibility.

4.2 Connecting to PlayStation 3
- Ensure your PlayStation 3 console is powered on.
- Plug the USB connector of the KROM KEY Gamepad into an available USB port on the PS3.
- The PS3 will recognize the gamepad as a standard controller.
4.3 Connecting to Android Devices (4.2 and above)
- Your Android device must support USB OTG (On-The-Go) functionality.
- You may need a USB OTG adapter (not included) to connect the gamepad's standard USB-A plug to your Android device's Micro USB or USB-C port.
- Connect the gamepad to the OTG adapter, then connect the adapter to your Android device.
- The device should automatically detect the gamepad.

- To activate Turbo for a specific button: Press and hold the Turbo button, then press the desired action button (e.g., A, B, X, Y, L1, R1, L2, R2). The Turbo LED indicator (if present) may light up.
- To deactivate Turbo for a specific button: Press and hold the Turbo button again, then press the same action button. The Turbo LED indicator will turn off.
- To clear all Turbo settings: Press and hold the Turbo button for 3 seconds.
5.3 Vibration Feedback
The KROM KEY Gamepad features dual vibration motors that provide haptic feedback during gameplay, enhancing realism. Vibration intensity is typically controlled by the game itself and cannot be adjusted manually on the gamepad.
6. Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life of your KROM KEY Gamepad.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the gamepad. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
