Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a damp cloth after use. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the inflator and all accessories in the provided portable bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Fuse Replacement: If the inflator stops working, check the fuse located in the 12V cigarette lighter plug. Replace it with the provided spare fuse if necessary.
- Hose Inspection: Regularly inspect the air hose for any cracks, kinks, or damage. Replace if wear is evident to maintain optimal performance.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Inflator does not turn on. | No power from vehicle socket/battery; Blown fuse. | Ensure vehicle engine is running. Check connections. Replace fuse if blown. |
| Slow inflation. | Low vehicle battery voltage; Air leak in hose connection. | Ensure strong battery connection. Check hose connections for tightness. |
| Inaccurate pressure reading. | Gauge malfunction; Improper connection to valve. | Ensure nozzle is securely attached to valve. Use a separate, calibrated tire gauge to verify. |
| Overheating. | Prolonged continuous use. | Allow the unit to cool down for 10-15 minutes after continuous operation. |
