3. Product Features and Overview
The Mac Audio MMC 800 is a versatile high-power audio system designed for dynamic sound reproduction. It features a maximum output of 100W, a 165mm woofer, and two 50mm tweeters. The system supports various audio sources including Bluetooth, USB, CD, and FM radio. It also includes integrated DJ and Party modes, along with karaoke functionality.

The included remote control allows for convenient operation of all major functions from a distance. Ensure line of sight to the main unit's IR receiver for optimal performance.
4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the MMC 800 from its packaging.
- Place the unit on a stable, flat surface.
- Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides) to prevent overheating. Do not place it on soft surfaces like carpets that might block ventilation openings.
- Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight, near heat sources, or in areas with high humidity or dust.
4.2 Power Connection
- Connect the supplied power cable to the AC IN port on the rear of the MMC 800.
- Plug the other end of the power cable into a suitable wall outlet (AC 220-240V, 50/60Hz).
4.3 Initial Power On
Press the Power button on the unit or the remote control to turn on the system. The display will illuminate, indicating the unit is ready for operation.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 General Operation
- Power On/Off: Press the POWER button on the unit or remote control.
- Volume Control: Rotate the main control knob on the top panel or use the VOL+ / VOL- buttons on the remote.
- Source Selection: Press the SOURCE button on the unit or remote to cycle through Bluetooth, USB, CD, and FM modes.
5.2 Bluetooth Mode
- Press the SOURCE button until "Bluetooth" or "BT" appears on the display. The unit will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon.
- On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for "MAC AUDIO MMC 800".
- Select "MAC AUDIO MMC 800" from the list of available devices to pair. Once connected, the Bluetooth icon on the display will stop flashing.
- You can now play audio from your connected device through the MMC 800. Use the playback controls on your device or the remote control (Play/Pause, Skip Forward/Backward) to manage music.
5.3 USB Playback
- Insert a USB storage device (e.g., USB flash drive) into the USB port on the top panel.
- Press the SOURCE button until "USB" appears on the display. The system will automatically begin playing compatible audio files (e.g., MP3, WMA).
- Use the SKIP FORWARD / SKIP BACKWARD buttons to navigate between tracks.
- Use the PLAY/PAUSE button to pause or resume playback.
5.4 CD Playback
- Insert an audio CD into the CD slot on the top panel. The system will automatically draw in the disc.
- Press the SOURCE button until "CD" appears on the display. Playback should begin automatically.
- Use the SKIP FORWARD / SKIP BACKWARD buttons to navigate between tracks.
- Use the PLAY/PAUSE button to pause or resume playback.
5.5 FM Tuner
- Press the SOURCE button until "FM" appears on the display.
- Auto Scan: Press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button to automatically scan and save available FM stations.
- Manual Tuning: Use the TUNE+ / TUNE- buttons to manually adjust the frequency.
- Preset Stations: Use the SKIP FORWARD / SKIP BACKWARD buttons to cycle through saved preset stations.
5.6 DJ Mode and Party Mode
- DJ Mode: Press the DJ button on the unit or remote control to activate DJ effects. Cycle through available effects by pressing the button repeatedly.
- Party Mode: Press the PARTY button to enhance the audio output for a party atmosphere. This mode optimizes sound for higher volume and dynamic range.
- Light Effects: Press the LIGHT button on the remote to control the integrated light effects on the main woofer.
5.7 Karaoke Function
- Connect up to two microphones (not included) to the microphone input jacks on the top panel.
- Adjust the microphone volume using the dedicated microphone volume knob (if available) or through the menu settings.
- Adjust the echo effect using the dedicated echo knob (if available) or through the menu settings.
- Play your desired backing track from any source (Bluetooth, USB, CD).
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Disconnect the power cable before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.
- CD Lens Care: If CD playback issues occur, use a commercially available CD lens cleaner disc.
- Storage: If the unit will not be used for an extended period, unplug it from the power outlet and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
