  • Stud Finder (for wood stud installation)
  • Drill with appropriate drill bits
  • Socket Wrench or Adjustable Wrench
  • Phillips Head Screwdriver
  • Measuring Tape

4.2 Attaching Brackets to TV

  1. Carefully place your TV face-down on a soft, clean surface to prevent screen damage.
  2. Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV.
  3. Select the correct diameter and length screws from the hardware kit that fit your TV's VESA holes. Use washers and spacers if necessary to ensure a snug fit without overtightening.
  4. Attach the two vertical TV brackets to the back of your TV using the selected screws. Ensure the hooks on the brackets are facing upwards and the brackets are centered and level.

4.3 Mounting the Wall Plate

Important: Determine your wall type (wood stud, concrete/brick) before proceeding.

For Wood Stud Walls:

  1. Use a stud finder to locate the edges and center of two adjacent wood studs. Mark the center of the studs at your desired TV height.
  2. Position the drilling template (or the wall plate itself) against the wall, aligning the center holes with your marked stud centers. Use the built-in bubble level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drill points.
  3. Person drilling into a wall with a drilling template

Image Description: A person is using a power drill to create pilot holes in a wall, guided by a white drilling template labeled "DRILLING TEMPLATE". This illustrates the initial step of marking and drilling for wall plate installation.

  4. Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. The size of the drill bit will depend on the lag bolts provided.
  5. Attach the wall plate to the wall using the lag bolts and washers. Tighten securely, but do not overtighten.
  6. Close-up of the wall mount's built-in bubble level

Image Description: A close-up view of the black metal wall mount, highlighting the small, clear built-in bubble level. The bubble is centered, indicating a level installation. This feature helps ensure the TV is mounted straight.

For Concrete/Brick Walls:

  1. Position the drilling template (or the wall plate) against the wall at your desired TV height. Use the built-in bubble level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drill points.
  2. Drill pilot holes at the marked locations using a masonry drill bit of the appropriate size for the concrete anchors.
  3. Insert the concrete anchors into the drilled holes, ensuring they are flush with the wall surface.
  4. Attach the wall plate to the wall using the lag bolts and washers, screwing them into the anchors. Tighten securely.

4.4 Hanging the TV

  1. With assistance, carefully lift the TV and hook the brackets onto the top edge of the wall plate.
  2. Gently lower the TV until the brackets are fully seated on the wall plate.
  3. Locate the safety locks at the bottom of the TV brackets. Secure the TV to the wall plate by tightening these screws. This prevents accidental dislodging.
  4. Close-up of the safety lock mechanism on the TV wall mount
