Operating Instructions

Random Mode (if applicable)

Some models may include a random mode feature, often indicated by a light bulb icon or "RND" button. This mode can turn lights ON and OFF at random intervals within a set period to give the appearance of occupancy. Consult the physical product's specific button labels for this function.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the timer's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Power Outages: The timer has a built-in battery backup to retain settings during power outages. If the display is blank after a power outage, the battery may be depleted and require recharging (by restoring power) or replacement (if accessible).
  • Inspection: Periodically check the timer and wall plate for any signs of damage or loose connections.
