Safety Information
- Do not talk while taking your blood pressure.
- Ensure your arm is positioned correctly.
- Always use the same arm when taking your blood pressure.
- Rest your arm, raised to the level of your heart, on a table, desk, or chair arm.
- Do not apply the cuff over clothing. If wearing a long-sleeved shirt, roll the sleeve back to the forearm.
- Do not stand while testing. Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and legs uncrossed.

Setup
Battery Installation
The monitor requires 2 AAA batteries. These are typically included with your purchase. Insert the batteries into the compartment according to the polarity indicators.

Cuff Placement
- With the unit off, place it about half an inch away from your wrist.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your wrist. You should only be able to get a single finger underneath the cuff.
- Ensure the distance between the top of the BP Monitor and the hand is between 1/2 - 1 inch.
- For an accurate reading, make sure that your wrist is at heart level.

Setting User and Time
The device supports two users and stores up to 120 measurements per user. To switch between users or set the date and time, use the 'SET' and 'M' buttons as described in the video below.

Operating Instructions
Taking a Measurement
- Ensure the cuff is correctly placed on your wrist and your arm is positioned at heart level.
- Press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement. The cuff will inflate automatically.
- Remain still and silent during the measurement.
- The monitor will display your Systolic, Diastolic, and Pulse Rate readings once complete.
- When the unit shows results, remove the cuff.

Understanding Your Readings
The monitor includes a Blood Pressure Indicator that categorizes your reading based on WHO guidelines. The color bar on the left side of the display will indicate your blood pressure stage.

Memory Function
The KBP-2910W automatically records up to 120 measurements with date and time for each of the two users. To review past measurements, press the M (Memory) button.

Irregular Heartbeat Detection
The monitor will automatically alert you if it detects an irregular heartbeat during measurement. Consult your physician if irregular heartbeats are frequently detected.
