1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Information

4. Operating Instructions

1. Preheating:
   • Ensure the temperature control probe is securely inserted.
   • Turn the temperature dial to your desired cooking temperature (e.g., 350°F for pancakes). The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the griddle is heating.
   • Allow the griddle to preheat for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until the indicator light turns off, indicating the set temperature has been reached.
2. Cooking:
   • Lightly grease the cooking surface if desired, although the non-stick coating minimizes this need.
   • Place food directly onto the preheated griddle surface.
   • Adjust the temperature as needed during cooking using the dial.
