Please read and follow these safety instructions carefully to prevent damage to the device or injury to yourself.

Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the internal Li-ion battery using the Micro USB cable.

  1. Connect the Micro USB cable to the radio's Micro USB input port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light may change color or turn off depending on the model.

2. AAA Battery Installation (Optional)

The radio can also be powered by 3 AAA batteries (not included) as an alternative power source.

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the radio.
  2. Open the cover and insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3. Antenna Extension

For optimal radio reception, extend the telescopic antenna fully. Adjust its direction for the best signal.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and Volume Control

2. Radio Tuning (AM/FM/NOAA)

  1. Select the desired band (AM, FM, or WB/NOAA) using the Band Selector switch.
  2. Rotate the Tuning knob to search for radio stations. The tuning indicator light will illuminate when a strong signal is received.
  3. For NOAA weather band, select "WB" and tune to one of the 7 NOAA weather channels for local weather alerts.
  4. Extend and adjust the telescopic antenna for optimal reception.

  1. Connect your device's USB charging cable to the radio's USB output port.
  2. The radio will begin charging your device.
  3. Note that the radio's internal battery capacity is 2000mAh, which may not fully charge all smartphones.
