3. Setup

3.1 Unfolding the Trailer

The XLC BS-C07 features an innovative quick-folding system. To unfold, release the locking mechanisms (usually located on the side frames) and gently pull the frame apart until it clicks into place. Ensure all frame components are fully extended and locked.

3.2 Attaching Wheels

• Rear Wheels: Insert the rear wheels into the axle receivers until they click securely into place. Pull on the wheels to ensure they are firmly attached.
• Buggy Wheel (for stroller mode): Attach the smaller front buggy wheel by inserting its stem into the designated receiver at the front of the trailer. Ensure it locks securely.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Bike Trailer Mode

• Attaching to Bicycle: Securely attach the drawbar hitch to the rear axle of your bicycle according to the hitch manufacturer's instructions. Always use the secondary safety strap provided.
• Loading Children: Open the canopy and seat children in the trailer. Fasten the 5-point harness system for each child, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit.
• Canopy: The trailer includes a combined insect and weather protection canopy. Adjust it as needed to protect children from elements or insects.
