Maintenance
1. Cleaning
To clean the dartboard and cabinet, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the electronic components. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
2. Dart Tip Replacement
Regularly inspect dart tips for wear or damage. Replace broken or worn tips with the provided spare tips to maintain optimal performance and prevent damage to the dartboard segments.
3. Storage
When not in use, keep the cabinet doors closed to protect the dartboard from dust and potential damage. The wooden doors also provide a neat appearance.
Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the dartboard and a working electrical outlet. Check if the outlet is functional.
- Dart Not Registering: Ensure the dart tip is not broken or excessively worn. Make sure the dart hits a segment firmly. If a specific segment consistently fails, gently check for any debris or obstruction.
- Incorrect Scoring: Verify that the correct game and player settings have been selected. If issues persist, try resetting the dartboard by unplugging and re-plugging the power adapter.
- Buttons Unresponsive: Check for any physical obstructions or debris around the buttons. If a button remains unresponsive, contact customer support.
