3. Setup and Fitting

Proper fitting is crucial for effective protection. Ensure each pad is securely fastened and covers the intended joint without restricting movement excessively.

3.1 Identifying Left and Right

Some pads are specifically designed for left or right limbs. Check the labels on the pads (e.g., 'LEFT' or 'RIGHT') to ensure correct placement.

3.2 Wearing Instructions

1. Knee Pads: Slide the knee pad onto the knee, ensuring the hard cap covers the kneecap. Secure the straps firmly around the leg, above and below the knee.
2. Elbow Pads: Slide the elbow pad onto the elbow, positioning the hard cap over the elbow joint. Fasten the straps securely around the arm.
3. Wrist Guards: Place the wrist guard on the wrist, ensuring the splint (if present) is on the palm side. Secure the straps around the wrist and hand.

The pads are designed for easy wearing and removal. Adjust the straps to achieve a snug fit that does not slip during activity but also does not cut off circulation.
