Caution:

Precautionary Measures:

• Keep away from heat, sparks, flames, and other ignition sources.

Application Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Surface

Ensure the glass surface is clean and thoroughly dry before applying Rain-X. Apply in temperatures above 40°F (4°C).

Step 2: Apply Rain-X

Apply Rain-X to a small, folded, dry cloth. Wipe the product onto the exterior glass surface using a firm, circular, and overlapping motion. Ensure even coverage across the entire area to be treated.

Step 3: Allow to Dry

Allow the applied Rain-X to dry until a slight haze appears on the glass surface. This indicates the product is ready for the next step.

Step 4: Remove Haze

Remove the haze by wiping with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn haze, sprinkle water onto the surface and wipe with a paper towel until the glass is crystal clear.

Rain-X Rain Repellent is intended for exterior use only on automotive glass surfaces, including windshields, side and rear windows, fog lights, and headlights. It creates a super-slick, non-stick invisible barrier that repels rain, sleet, and snow on contact, improving all-weather visibility, safety, and driving comfort. The treatment also facilitates easy removal of frost, ice, salt, mud, and bugs.

Important Considerations:

• Do not use on plastics unless pre-approved by the manufacturer of the plastic to be treated.
• Do not use on or allow product to contact painted surfaces, or surfaces treated with anti-reflective, scratch-resistant, or other coatings.
• Always use your windshield wipers as necessary, especially in heavy rain.

Reapplication:

For optimal performance, reapply Rain-X Rain Repellent as needed to maintain its water-repelling properties and ensure continued clear visibility. Frequency of reapplication may vary depending on environmental conditions and wiper usage.
