Important Safety Instructions

Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

Assembling the Blending Shaft:

1. Align the blending shaft with the main motor unit.
2. Twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.

Assembling the Chopper:

1. Place the chopper blade onto the center pin inside the chopper bowl.
2. Add ingredients to the bowl.
3. Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, ensuring it is properly seated.
4. Attach the main motor unit to the chopper lid, twisting to lock.

Assembling the Whisk:

1. Insert the whisk into the whisk adapter.
2. Attach the whisk adapter to the main motor unit, twisting to lock.

Operating Instructions

General Operation:

• Ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a 110V power outlet.
• Select the desired speed using the variable speed selector on the main unit.
• Press and hold the power button to operate. For maximum power, press the "Turbo" button.
• Release the button to stop operation.

Using the Blending Shaft:

Ideal for soups, sauces, smoothies, and baby food. Can be used directly in pots or the included measuring cup.

1. Submerge the blending shaft into the ingredients.
2. Start at a low speed and gradually increase as needed.
3. Move the mixer up and down gently for even blending.
4. Do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the motor to rest for 3 minutes between cycles.

Using the Chopper Attachment:

Suitable for chopping herbs, nuts, cheese, and small quantities of meat.

1. Place ingredients in the chopper bowl. Do not overfill.
2. Attach the motor unit.
3. Use short pulses for coarse chopping, or continuous operation for finer results.
4. Do not operate continuously for more than 30 seconds.

Using the Whisk Attachment:

Perfect for whipping cream, egg whites, and light batters.

1. Place ingredients in a suitable bowl.
2. Submerge the whisk.
3. Start at a low speed and increase as desired.
4. Do not operate continuously for more than 2 minutes.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Oster Quadriblade High Power Mixer.

Cleaning the Main Motor Unit:

• Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
• Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

Cleaning Attachments:

• The blending shaft, whisk, chopper bowl, chopper blade, and measuring cup are dishwasher safe (top rack only) or can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water.
• Exercise extreme caution when handling the sharp blades of the blending shaft and chopper.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry all parts before storing.

Storage:

Store the mixer and its accessories in the provided storage stand in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
