4. Setup

  4. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
  5. Ensure the jug is properly seated on the motor base.
  6. Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet. The LED display will illuminate.

5. Operating Instructions

The H.Koenig MXC36 offers various functions for diverse culinary preparations.

Control Panel Overview:

  3. Press the red Power button to turn on the appliance.
  4. Select your desired function or program.
  5. The appliance will begin operation. For cooking programs, the MXC36 can cook for up to 90 minutes.
  6. Once complete, the appliance will signal and stop. Carefully remove the lid and pour out the contents.
  7. Always unplug the appliance after use.

Specific Functions:

  • Soup Programs (Moulined / Veloute): These pre-programmed functions automatically blend and heat ingredients to create smooth or creamy soups. Simply add ingredients, select the program, and let the MXC36 do the rest.
  • Manual Heating: For heating ingredients without blending, select a temperature (60°C, 80°C, or 100°C). The appliance will heat the contents to the selected temperature.
