4. Installation

2. Disconnect Power: Turn off the main power supply to the installation area at the circuit breaker.
3. Connect Wiring: Connect the AC input wires from your electrical supply to the corresponding wires on the downlight's driver unit. Ensure proper polarity (Live, Neutral, Ground) and secure all connections with appropriate connectors.

5. Setup and Controller Compatibility

The FUT069 downlight requires a compatible controller (sold separately) for full functionality, including color changing, CCT adjustment, and dimming. Compatible controllers include FUT092, FUT089, WL-BOX1, B4, and B8.

5.1. Linking/Unlinking with a DMX512 LED Transmitter

To control the downlight, it must be linked to a compatible DMX512 LED Transmitter. The following steps outline the linking and unlinking process:

Linking Procedure:

1. Choose Zone: On your DMX512 LED Transmitter, select the desired zone for the light by pressing the "+" or "-" buttons (e.g., "CH12" for zone 12).
2. Power Cycle: Switch off the downlight's power.
3. Link Command: After 10 seconds, switch the downlight back on. Within 3 seconds of switching on, short press the "SET" button on the transmitter 3 times.
4. Confirmation: The downlight will blink slowly 3 times, indicating successful linking.

Unlinking Procedure:

1. Power Cycle: Switch off the downlight's power.
2. Unlink Command: After 10 seconds, switch the downlight back on. Within 3 seconds of switching on, short press the "SET" button on the transmitter 5 times.
3. Confirmation: The downlight will blink quickly 10 times, indicating successful unlinking.

Important: If the linking or unlinking fails, repeat the steps above carefully.

6.1. RGB Color Changing

Use your controller to select from 16 million colors. This allows you to create specific moods or match your room's aesthetic. Many controllers feature a color wheel or dedicated color buttons for easy selection.

6.2. Color Temperature Adjustment (CCT)
