3. Connecting to Devices
The G433 headset connects via a standard 3.5mm jack. Two audio cables are included for versatile connectivity.
- PC/Mac: Use the included PC cable (often with a Y-splitter for separate audio/mic jacks if needed by your computer).
- Gaming Consoles (PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch): Connect the headset directly to the controller or console's 3.5mm audio jack.
- Mobile Devices (Tablets, Cellphones): Connect the headset directly to the device's 3.5mm audio jack.
Ensure the cable is fully inserted into both the headset and the device's audio port to prevent sound issues.
Operating Instructions
1. Adjusting Headset Fit
Extend or retract the headband slides to achieve a comfortable and secure fit on your head. The earcups are designed to sit over your ears (over-ear design) for optimal sound isolation and comfort.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the headset.
- For the fabric shell, which is hydrophobic and stain-resistant, a damp cloth can be used for minor spills. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- The ear pads can be removed for cleaning. Refer to the ear pad care instructions for specific details.
2. Ear Pad Replacement
The G433 comes with two sets of ear pads: sports mesh and microfiber. These can be interchanged based on preference. To replace, gently pull the existing ear pad off the earcup. Align the new ear pad with the earcup and press firmly around the edges until it snaps into place.

3. Storage
When not in use, store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid placing heavy objects on the headset to prevent damage.
Troubleshooting
