7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No display/"No Signal" message | Incorrect input source selected, loose cable connection, device not powered on. | 1. Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and the monitor is powered on. 2. Check if the HDMI/VGA cable is firmly connected to both the monitor and the source device. 3. Use the OSD menu to manually select the correct input source (HDMI or VGA). 4. Verify that the source device (e.g., Raspberry Pi, PC) is powered on and outputting a signal. |

If external headphones/speakers are connected, ensure they are working correctly. Disconnect them to use built-in speakers. 3. Check audio output settings on your source device to ensure audio is directed to the monitor. |
| Display colors appear washed out or incorrect | Monitor settings (brightness, contrast, color temperature) are not optimized. | 1. Access the OSD menu and adjust brightness, contrast, and color temperature settings to your preference. 2. Ensure the source device's display settings are configured correctly for the monitor's resolution (1920x1080). |
| Menu is in an unfamiliar language (e.g., Mandarin) | Default language setting. | 1. Press the 'MENU' button. 2. Navigate through the menu options (often represented by icons if text is unreadable) to find the 'Language' setting. 3. Select 'English' or your preferred language.
