Setup and Installation
Tools Required (Not Included):

Installation Steps:
- Turn Off Power: Before starting, ensure the power to the circuit you are working on is completely disconnected at the main circuit breaker or fuse box.
- Prepare Mounting Bracket: Attach the mounting bracket to the junction box in the ceiling using the screws provided. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Make Electrical Connections:
- Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
- Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black (hot) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
- Connect the ground wire (bare copper or green) from the fixture to the ground wire from the junction box (or to the green ground screw on the mounting bracket) using a wire nut.
- Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.
- Secure Fixture Body: Align the fixture body with the mounting bracket and secure it in place using the provided screws or nuts.
- Install Bulbs and Glass Shade:
- Screw in three (3) bulbs (not included) into the sockets. Do not exceed 60 watts per bulb.
- Carefully place the glass shade onto the fixture body.
- Secure the glass shade in place with the finial, tightening it gently until snug. Do not overtighten.
- Restore Power: Once installation is complete, restore power at the main circuit breaker or fuse box.

Operating Instructions
The Quorum 3063-15-65 ceiling mount operates via a standard wall switch connected to its electrical circuit. Once installed and power is restored, simply toggle the wall switch to turn the light fixture ON or OFF.
Maintenance
Cleaning:
- Always disconnect power before cleaning.
- Wipe the fixture with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, polishes, or solvents as they may damage the finish.
- Clean the glass shade with a mild glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
Bulb Replacement:
- Turn off power at the circuit breaker before replacing bulbs.
- Allow bulbs to cool completely before touching them.
- Unscrew the finial and carefully remove the glass shade.
- Unscrew the old bulbs and replace them with new ones. Ensure new bulbs do not exceed 60 watts each.
- Reinstall the glass shade and secure it with the finial.
- Restore power.
