Cleaning and Care

To clean the device, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the screen or casing. Ensure the Type-C port cover is securely closed when not charging to maintain water resistance.

Battery Care

To prolong the battery life of your BSC100S, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, especially if it will be stored for an extended period. Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

  • No GPS Signal: Ensure you are in an open area with a clear view of the sky. Allow a few minutes for the device to acquire a signal. Moving to a different location might help.
  • Sensor Not Connecting: Check that the sensor's battery is not depleted and that it is within range of the bike computer. Ensure the sensor is active (e.g., by spinning the wheel for a speed sensor). Re-initiate the sensor search in the device settings (E3).
  • Data Not Syncing to App: Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone and the iGPSPORT App is open. Ensure the device is paired correctly with the app. Check your phone's internet connection for data upload.
  • Device Freezes/Unresponsive: Try performing a soft reset by long pressing the left button until the device restarts. If the issue persists, ensure the device has sufficient battery charge.
  • Firmware Update Issues: Ensure a stable internet connection during firmware updates via the iGPSPORT App. Do not interrupt the update process.
