DPI Adjustment
The mouse features a dedicated DPI button, usually located behind the scroll wheel. Press this button to cycle through the default DPI levels (e.g., 800/1200/1600/2400/7200 DPI). The RGB lighting may change color to indicate the current DPI setting.

- Sensor Care: Keep the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse clean and free from dust or debris to ensure accurate tracking.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the mouse in a dry, cool place.
- Battery: The mouse has a built-in rechargeable battery. Avoid extreme temperatures and do not attempt to replace the battery yourself.
Troubleshooting
Mouse not responding:
- Ensure the mouse is charged. Connect it via USB cable to charge.
- Check the power switch on the bottom of the mouse is in the "ON" position and the correct mode (2.4G/BT) is selected.
- For 2.4G mode, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port.
- For Bluetooth mode, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and the mouse is paired correctly. Try re-pairing.
- Try connecting the mouse in wired mode to verify basic functionality.
DPI or RGB lighting not changing:
- Ensure the Redragon software is installed and running.
- Check if the mouse firmware is up to date via the software.
- Some RGB effects are only adjustable via software.
Intermittent connection or lag:
- Ensure the mouse is within the effective range (up to 10 meters) of the receiver/Bluetooth device.
- Minimize interference from other wireless devices (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, other wireless peripherals).
- Ensure the mouse is fully charged. Low battery can affect wireless performance.
