  • Gently wipe the display, keypad, and handset.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Common Issues and Solutions

  • Phone Does Not Power On:
Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to the network port and that your network switch provides Power over Ethernet (PoE). If using an optional power adapter, ensure it is properly connected to a working power outlet.
  • No Dial Tone or Cannot Make/Receive Calls:
Verify network connectivity. Check the Ethernet cable connection. Contact your system administrator to ensure your phone line is provisioned correctly and there are no network issues.
  • Poor Call Quality (Echo, Static):
Check your network connection. Ensure the handset cord is securely connected. If using a headset, ensure it is properly connected and functioning.
  • Display Issues:
If the display is blank or frozen, try restarting the phone by disconnecting and reconnecting the power/Ethernet cable. If the issue persists, contact support.
