Operating Instructions
Chopping/Dicing
Use the dicing blades for chopping vegetables and fruits into uniform cubes. The small blade is ideal for onions, garlic, and smaller dice, while the large blade is suitable for potatoes, bell peppers, and larger cuts.
- Prepare Food: Cut vegetables or fruits into pieces that fit comfortably on the blade grid. For harder vegetables, pre-cut into smaller, more manageable sections.
- Place Food: Position the food item directly onto the chosen dicing blade.
- Press Down: Firmly and quickly press down the lid. The blades will cut the food, and the chopped pieces will fall into the catch tray below.
- Repeat: Lift the lid and repeat the process for remaining food items.

Spiralizing/Ribboning
Attach the spiralizer or ribbon blade inserts for creating vegetable noodles or decorative ribbons. These are perfect for zucchini, carrots, and other firm vegetables.
- Prepare Food: For best results, use straight, firm vegetables. Trim ends if necessary.
- Insert Blade: Place the spiralizer or ribbon blade insert into the main unit.
- Position Food: Place the vegetable onto the blade, using the finger guard for safety and stability.
- Twist/Press: Apply gentle pressure and twist the vegetable (for spiralizer) or slide it across the blade (for ribbon) to create desired shapes.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Fullstar Vegetable Chopper, please refer to the following common solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Food not chopping cleanly. | Food piece is too large or too hard. | Pre-cut food into smaller, more manageable pieces. For very hard vegetables, consider boiling slightly before chopping. |
| Lid is difficult to press down. | Blade is not properly seated or food is misaligned. | Ensure the blade is correctly inserted and locked. Center the food item on the blade. Apply firm, quick pressure. |
| Food stuck in blades. | Residue from previous use or sticky food. | Use the provided cleaning tools immediately after use. Soak blades in warm soapy water if residue is dried. |
| Spiralizer/Ribboner not producing desired results. | Vegetable is not firm enough or not properly centered. | Use firm, straight vegetables. Ensure the vegetable is centered and apply consistent pressure while twisting/sliding. |
