4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
Turn the rotary switch from the "OFF" position to any desired measurement function to power on the meter. To power off, turn the rotary switch back to "OFF". The meter will automatically power off after 15 minutes of inactivity.
5.2 AC/DC Voltage Measurement (V∼ / V—)

- Connect the test leads as described in Section 4.2.
- Turn the rotary switch to the "V∼" (AC Voltage) or "V—" (DC Voltage) position. The meter will automatically select the range.
- Touch the test probes to the circuit points where you want to measure the voltage.

- Turn the rotary switch to the "A∼" (AC Current) or "A—" (DC Current) position.
- Open the clamp jaws by pressing the trigger.
- Enclose only one conductor (wire) within the clamp jaws. Ensure the jaws are fully closed.
