1. Introduction
The Omni Elite Sealer is an advanced tile and stone sealer designed to protect and enhance a wide range of surfaces. This premium sealer is suitable for unglazed tiles (ceramic, porcelain, quarry) and natural stones (granite, limestone, marble, onyx, quartzite, sandstone, serpentine, slate, soapstone, travertine). It is also effective on concrete and masonry surfaces such as brick, pavers, Saltillo, stucco, and terra cotta. This versatile formula is suitable for both interior and exterior applications, providing a robust shield against moisture, stains, and everyday wear and tear for up to 15 years, depending on conditions.

3. Application Instructions
3.1. Initial Application
- Apply Omni Elite Sealer liberally to the surface using a SpongaUSA™ Sealer sponge, or a mop, paint-pad applicator, paint roller, brush, white cotton, or microfiber towel.
- Allow the Elite Sealer to penetrate for up to 5 minutes.
- Wipe the surface completely dry using a clean, dry, white cotton or microfiber towel.
- Some surfaces may require 2 or more coats.
- Allow at least 30 minutes drying time between coats.
- Surface is ready for traffic in 12 hours after the final coat.
- Keep the area dry for at least 24 hours.
3.2. Coverage
Each pint (16 oz) covers approximately 38 to 188 sq. ft. (3.5m² to 17.5m²) per coat. Exact coverage varies based on surface type, porosity, texture, temperature, application method, and the number of coats applied.

4. Maintenance
For ongoing maintenance, regularly clean sealed surfaces with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that can degrade the sealer over time. The Omni Elite Sealer is designed for long-lasting performance, offering protection for up to 15 years, depending on environmental conditions and the type of stone. Regular cleaning helps maintain the sealer's effectiveness.
4.1. Checking Sealer Effectiveness
To check if your sealed surface needs reapplication, pour a small amount of water onto the surface. If the water beads up, the sealer is still effective. If the water soaks into the surface and creates a dark spot, it's time to clean the surface and reapply the sealer.

5. Troubleshooting
5.1. Uneven Application/Residue
If the sealer appears uneven or leaves a residue, it may have been applied too thickly or not wiped off completely within the recommended penetration time. Immediately reapply a small amount of sealer to the affected area, allow it to penetrate for a shorter period (1-2 minutes), and then thoroughly wipe off any excess with a clean, dry cloth.
5.2. Sealer Not Penetrating
If the sealer does not seem to be penetrating the surface, ensure the surface is completely dry and clean. High humidity or residual moisture can hinder penetration. Also, verify that the surface material is porous enough for an impregnating sealer. Some highly dense or polished surfaces may not absorb the sealer effectively.
5.3. Stains After Sealing
While Omni Elite Sealer provides maximum stain protection, no sealer can make a surface entirely stain-proof. If a stain occurs, clean it immediately. For persistent stains, specialized stain removers for stone and tile may be necessary. Always test any cleaning product in an inconspicuous area first.
