- Wash: Wash the parts with warm soapy water using the cleaning brush provided, paying special attention to the strainer. All detachable parts are dishwasher safe.
- Clean Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
- Dry and Store: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing. Store the juicer in a clean, dry place.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; parts not assembled correctly; safety sensor not engaged. | Check power connection. Reassemble all parts, ensuring red dots align and components lock into place. |
| Motor stops during operation or jams. | Too many ingredients fed at once; ingredients are too hard or fibrous; blockage. | Press 'OFF', then press and hold 'REV' for a few seconds to clear. Cut ingredients into smaller pieces. Feed ingredients slowly. |
| Low juice yield or wet pulp. | Pulp control lever setting; type of ingredients; worn parts. | Adjust pulp control lever for less pulp. Some ingredients naturally yield less juice. Ensure strainer is clean. |
| Loud noise or vibration. | Improper assembly; hard ingredients. | Disassemble and reassemble carefully. Avoid juicing excessively hard items. |
