5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to cook a perfect egg:
- Prepare the Egg: Use the egg piercer located at the bottom of the measuring cup to carefully pierce the blunt end of the egg. This prevents the egg from cracking during cooking.

- Add Water: Fill the measuring cup with cold water up to the mark corresponding to your desired egg size (S, M, L, XL) and hardness (soft, medium, hard). Pour the measured water into the heating plate of the egg cooker.

- Close the Lid: Place the transparent lid securely on the egg cooker.
- Start Cooking: Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet (220-240V, 50/60 Hz). Press the power button to start the cooking process. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Completion: Once the water has evaporated and the egg is cooked, an acoustic signal will sound, and the appliance will automatically switch off.
- Remove the Egg: Unplug the appliance. Carefully remove the lid. Use the handle on the egg holder ring to lift the hot egg from the cooker. Immediately rinse the egg under cold water to stop the cooking process and make it easier to peel.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your egg cooker.
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the base unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water.
- The transparent lid, egg holder ring, and measuring cup can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or placed in the dishwasher.
- To remove limescale deposits from the heating plate, fill the heating plate with a mixture of water and vinegar (1:1 ratio) and let it sit for approximately 30 minutes. Then, empty and wipe clean. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before storing or next use.
