4. Setup and Assembly

- Place the main grill burner body on a stable, level surface.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Connecting Fuel
Ensure the control knob on the burner is in the OFF position. Connect the fixture plug of the fuel hose to a compatible Snow Peak Giga Power Gas canister (GP-500GR, GP-250GR, GP-500SR, or GP-250SR). Twist firmly until a secure connection is made. Do not overtighten.
5.2 Ignition
- Slowly turn the control knob counter-clockwise to the IGNITE position to release a small amount of gas.
- Immediately apply a flame from a long lighter or match to the burner head.
- Once ignited, continue to turn the control knob to the desired flame height.

5.3 Temperature Control
Adjust the flame intensity by rotating the control knob. Turn clockwise to decrease the flame and counter-clockwise to increase it. The cast iron griddle retains heat efficiently for consistent cooking.
